We have taken out all known sensitizers from our mascara and they have all been sensitivity-tested, so even people who could not previously wear mascara should try this. Not only colors and thickens lashes, but also conditions them.

Application Advice

Be sure to rock the mascara wand at the base of your lashes first. This is where you want the most product, then brush out to the tips.

If you are going to layer mascara, don’t wait for each application to dry. This is what makes lashes stick together.
Don’t pump brushes. This will force air into the tube and help to dry out the product. Simply twist the brush in the tube to pick up more product.
Too much mascara can be aging.
Brown often looks softer around the eyes than black.

Aqua	Water
Carnauba Wax	Exuded by the leaves of a Brazilian tree to conserve its moisture. Called the tree of life by the natives because of the use they make of its various products.
Cyclomethicone	Derived from silica. Used as an emollient and for glide.
Glycerin	Derived from vegetable oil. Used as a solvent.
PVP	Plastic resin resembling albumin. Used for soft body and hold. (Often used in food and blood as an expander.)
Glyceryl Stearate	Derived from Glycerin. Used as an emulsifier and a humectant.
Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein	Hydrolysis means turned partly into water.
Stearic Acid	Derived from butter acids, cascarilla bark and other oils. Used as a softener.
Panthenol	Vitamin B Complex Factor. Used to condition hair. It is good for human tissues.
Vanilla Fruit Extract (and) Sweet Almond Extract	A proprietary blend of essential oils of vanilla and sweet almond which serve as a uniquely enhanced, all-natural preservative.
Hydroxyethylcellulose	A cellulose gum.
Tromethamine	A crystalline mass used as an emulsifying agent.
Bisabolol	A myrrh-type gum resin obtained from African trees. It reduces sensitivity and inflammation. It is also soothing and has vaso-constrictive properties. Also used as a preservative.
Phospholipids	A complex fat substance found in living cells. They bind water and hold it in its place.

Iron Oxides	Iron oxide is iron combined with oxygen and can be found in nature or produced synthetically. It varies in color from red to brown, black to orange or yellow depending on the degree of water and the purity.
