The eyes are one of the first places to show signs of ageing because the skin around the eye area is fine and delicate, making it more vulnerable. Guinot Longue Vie Yeux (Lifting Eye Cream) is specially designed to reduce wrinkles and fine lines and minimise puffiness and shadows around the eyes.

Inspired by the success of Longue Vie Cellulaire, an intensive, repairing moisturiser created in a hospital burns unit in Paris, Longue Vie Yeux was created using the same 56 biological active ingredients (that together have been found to provide the optimum environment for cellular renewal and regeneration), but adapted specifically for the eye area. Its increasing popularity has made it Guinot’s best-selling product worldwide (one is sold every three minutes).

Plant extracts provide healing, decongesting, toning and protective properties that help reduce puffiness and shadows. Amino acids provide essential elements to encourage cell renewal, and vitamins nourish and strengthen the skin.

Russet Edgar, Guinot UK Flagship Salon Manager, recommends applying an amount no larger than a grain of rice. “Dab or pat gently on the bone structure in a horse-shoe shape around the eyes, avoiding the inner corners and tear duct.” Use morning and evening after cleansing, and before applying moisturiser.
